Because every product is personalised and created to order, refunds are limited. Once production has begun on your bespoke item, we cannot offer a full refund.
Errors on our part
If we make a genuine error against your approved Editorial Dossier, or your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order reference and we will put it right.
Cancellations
You may cancel before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, costs may be incurred.
How to request
Use the Contact page with your order number and category "Refund request". Final terms are confirmed at checkout and require business-owner review before launch.
